Advancing Diaspora Inclusion * Shaping policy * building belonging

The Black Agenda

A Ghana-based diaspora advocacy initiative advancing policies that strengthen citizenship, inclusion, representation, and meaningful engagement between Ghana and the global African diaspora.
Who we are

Building a future where the diaspora has a voice, a place, and a stake in Ghana.

The Black Agenda is a diaspora-led advocacy initiative working to strengthen the relationship between Ghana and the global African diaspora. Through policy engagement, public dialogue, research, and collective action, we advocate for fair and inclusive policies that recognize the diaspora not simply as visitors or investors, but as stakeholders in Ghana’s future.
